Mrs Guite, Miss Durrington and Mrs Stretch introduce and welcome the children to the start of their school life. We are all dedicated and experienced early years practitioners who enjoy working with this age group. We actively encourage parent/carers to be involved during the children’s time in the Nursery class by invitation to special events and celebrations. We strive to make our Nursery a safe stimulating environment, with a variety of exciting activities both inside and outside for the children to enjoy and explore. The children are given the opportunity to develop their independence in the different area which they access during their Nursery day. The children and staff enjoy singing and being creative which encourages the children’s confidence to grow. During their time in Nursery the children and parents/carers have the opportunity to develop a trusting relationship with the staff, who will always make time to listen to any concerns that may occur.
